Senior Account Manager (Visayas) - Local Payments
Senior account manager responsible for acquiring and managing merchant relationships for local payments in Bohol and Eastern Visayas. Role sits on the merchant/local payments team focused on onboarding, growth, and escalation management.
What you'll do
- Acquire and onboard merchants for POS, QR, and e-wallet payments
- Maintain merchant relationships to drive usage, retention, and satisfaction
- Negotiate MDRs, commercial terms, and high-value service agreements
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and act on growth opportunities
- Mentor junior account managers and handle merchant escalations

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 4-7 years in merchant acquisition, BD, or account management
- Proven experience closing high-value deals and managing large portfolios
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bohol or Eastern Visayas with local knowledge
