Associate, Commercial Operations

Role focuses on executing and coordinating banking campaign operations and website T&C updates for the Commercial team. Works across Commercial, Marketing, Product Content and Data to ensure accurate, timely partner offer publishing and reporting.

What you'll do

• Update and publish partner T&Cs and website content via CMS
• Coordinate briefs between Commercial, Marketing and Product Content teams
• Maintain and post banking and personal loan reports and trackers
• Validate fulfilment reports and support billing reconciliation
• Keep process documentation current and recommend improvements

What they're looking for

• 2-3 years in campaign, commercial or operations roles
• Hands-on experience updating website content through a CMS
• Strong written and spoken English for stakeholder communication
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and checks
• Based in or near Metro Manila
