Senior Account Manager - International Remittance
Senior Account Manager role on the International Remittance team, focused on merchant and partner relationship management. The role supports onboarding, growth, and cross-functional implementation for payments and fintech partners.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain relationships to drive transaction volume and retention
- Negotiate merchant discount rates, commercial terms and service agreements
- Collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations for onboarding and integration
- Serve as main contact for merchant queries, support and escalations
- Monitor account performance and identify growth and upsell opportunities

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in fintech or payments
- 3-5 years in key account management or business development
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
