Payment Operations Lead
Lead the Payments Operations team responsible for PESONet and InstaPay transaction processing and settlements. Work across product, engineering, compliance, finance, and external partners to maintain accurate settlements and improve operational performance.
What you'll do
- Coach and develop the Payment Operations team through regular one-on-ones
- Oversee end-to-end PESONet and InstaPay processing, reconciliation, and balancing
- Act as primary escalation for complex settlement issues with stakeholders
- Define and report team KPIs and drive process improvement initiatives
- Manage operational readiness for new payment features and update SOPs
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in payments or banking operations with 2+ years team leadership
- Hands-on experience processing and reconciling PESONet and InstaPay transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
- Working knowledge of BSP regulations and electronic fund transfer rules
- Excellent communication in English and Filipino
