Network Operations Center (NOC) Optimisation Analyst

Monitor Thunes network health and handle incidents to maintain customer experience. Work within the Network Operations Center supporting system performance and incident resolution.

What you'll do

• Monitor network health, alerts, transactions and system performance
• Perform diagnostics and first level troubleshooting for outages
• Create and track tickets until incidents are resolved
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare incident reports
• Analyse NOC data and update standard operating procedures

• Graduate in Information Technology or equivalent
• Previous technical support, NOC or monitoring experience is a plus
• Ability to read systems and API logs
• Proficient written and verbal English and good communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and 24x7 shift rotation
