Customer Operations Associate - Philippines
Customer Operations Associate responsible for phone-based sales, customer support, and claims handling. Role sits in Customer Operations / Contact Center supporting Turaco insurance products in the Philippines.
What you'll do
- Make at least 100 daily outbound calls to upsell or cross-sell products
- Follow up and close initial sales contacts and meet sales targets
- Explain product features and answer customer questions about policies
- Register customers, perform data entry, and respond to inquiries promptly
- Initiate, investigate, and settle insurance claims while detecting fraud
What they're looking for
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification
- Previous telesales, call center, or retail/service sales experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Filipino required
- Proficient computer use and accurate data recording ability
- Strong verbal and written customer service communication skills
