Exchange Operations Analyst (PH)
Operate and maintain the crypto exchange to ensure liquidity, pricing, and live-trading stability. Work with Operations, Quant, and partner teams to onboard partners, run tests, and report on exchange performance.
What you'll do
- Configure and test exchange end-to-end with Operations and Quant
- Monitor exchange prices and spreads versus global markets
- Manage treasury for the quant wallet
- Onboard and manage partners on the exchange
- Prepare and present weekly OKR and performance reports
What they're looking for
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or related preferred
- Extensive experience in crypto operations and process optimisation
- More than 2 years experience in exchange operations
- Preferably over 1 year experience in spot or conversion trading
- Experience in risk management, automation, and cross-functional collaboration
