Account Manager (Visayas) - Local Payments
Account Manager responsible for acquiring and managing merchant partners for local payments in the Visayas region. Role sits on the payments/merchant operations side and works cross-functionally to onboard and support merchants.
What you'll do
- Identify and onboard new merchants for payment services
- Maintain relationships to drive usage and retention
- Negotiate MDRs, commercial terms, and agreements
- Coordinate onboarding and integration with internal teams
- Manage merchant queries, escalations, and portfolio performance

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 2-4 years in merchant acquisition or account management
- Proven deal-closing and high-volume portfolio experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Based in Cebu or willing to relocate and travel within Visayas
