Operations Specialist, Manila (UK Support)
Operations Support Specialist role managing UK prescriber workforce and clinical operations for Juniper UK. Part of the Clinical Operations team supporting telehealth prescribers and patient safety processes.
What you'll do
- Coordinate prescriber onboarding and provide technology training and troubleshooting
- Maintain and communicate up-to-date prescriber roster information
- Approve timesheets and support invoicing and performance reporting
- Respond to prescriber inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
- Support patient safety monitoring and communications with healthcare providers
