- Design and deliver recruitment strategies aligned to growth goals
- Own end-to-end hiring for key roles and candidate experience
- Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices and improvements
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Seek, ATS, and referrals
- Track and analyse hiring data and share recruitment insights

- 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
- Prior RPO experience plus current in-house TA exposure
- Proven ability to shape hiring plans and influence stakeholders
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving recruitment funnel issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
