Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Manila (Specialist & Leadership Hiring)
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruiting and talent strategy for APAC. Role sits in the Talent team and partners with hiring managers across multiple markets.

- Design and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Own end-to-end hiring for key roles and ensure strong candidate experience
- Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices and improvements
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Seek, ATS and referrals
- Track and analyse hiring data and share insights with managers

- 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
- Prior RPO or headhunting experience plus in-house TA exposure
- Ability to shape hiring plans and influence stakeholders
- Skilled in diagnosing recruitment funnel issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
