Product Manager Leader (Trading Exchange Platform )

- Own operational metrics such as KYC and payment success rates
- Lead development of new products globally, including margins and futures
- Manage global product, design, and product operations teams
- Drive decisions with quantitative testing and customer research

- At least 7 years building fintech or crypto products in SE Asia or Greater China
- Bachelor's or Master’s in technical or design-related field
- Experience managing PMs, engineers, or feature teams
- Experience with spot trading, margin, and futures products
- Fluent in English and Chinese
