• Ideate, build, and optimise web and mobile user journeys
• Own operational metrics like KYC pass rates and payment success rates
• Lead development of new products globally with the CEO
• Manage global product, design, and product operations teams
• Drive decisions using quantitative testing and customer research

• Minimum 7 years in crypto/ewallet/fintech products in SE Asia or Greater China
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in technical or design-related field
• Experience managing PMs, engineers, or feature teams
• Experience with spot trading, margin, futures products
• Fluent in English and Chinese
