Payment Product Design Leader/Senior Designer

- Define and own design vision and strategy for payment products
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to UI specifications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to reduce friction
- Create design systems and patterns for cross-channel consistency
- Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, compliance, and marketing
