Lead Product Designer (For Pooling)
Lead Product Designer responsible for payment products and design strategy. Role sits on the product/design team focused on pooling/payment features for the Coins app.
What you'll do
- Define design vision and product strategy for payment products
- Build and prioritize roadmap using structured frameworks
- Lead and grow a team of product designers and UX researchers
- Translate research and data into feature proposals and specs
- Drive end-to-end product design, research, and testing

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years product design or hybrid design/PM experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or people-management role
- Proven experience designing payment or financial services platforms
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA
