Junior Accountant (Permanent work from home)
Junior Accountant role performing reconciliations, tax filings and audit support for the Finance team. Position sits in the NOAM team supporting North American (EST) operations and works from Manila remotely.
What you'll do
- Perform monthly bank and payment processor reconciliations
- Manage unapplied customer payments and work with Collections
- Prepare and file Canadian sales tax returns and maintain payables
- Support external audits with documentation and evidence
- Identify and implement accounting process improvements

- Previous experience in a similar accounting role
- Background in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or automation tools
- Strong time management, organisation, and attention to detail
- Fluency in English
