Lead Accountant (EMEA)
Lead Accountant role to build and run EMEA accounting operations from the Philippines. The role sits in the EMEA finance function supporting market launches and cross-region coordination.
What you'll do
- Manage reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger bookings
- Support accounting setup and operations for new market launches
- Bridge APAC and EMEA teams across overlapping hours
- Mentor and share knowledge with Philippines accounting team
- Design and improve accounting processes as business scales

- At least 8 years of accounting experience
- CPA or CA qualified
- Hands-on reconciliations and general ledger experience
- Experience with international or offshore accounting
- Exposure to EMEA accounting and shared services environments
