Telehealth Nurse or Pharmacist, Manila (UK Support)
Provide remote clinical support to patients using Juniper, working with a multidisciplinary clinical team. The role sits within Eucalyptus clinical services supporting weight-management treatment and related digital clinics.
What you'll do
- Triage, assess, and support patients via email, chat, and calls
- Respond promptly with accurate medical information and advice
- Monitor patient trackers and initiate outreach to improve adherence
- Escalate clinical concerns and maintain patient safety
- Share patient feedback and insights with clinical services
