Registered Pharmacist, Manila (UK Support)
Provide clinical patient support as a Registered Pharmacist for Juniper weight-management services. Work within a multidisciplinary clinical team handling patient triage, assessment, and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Triage and assess patient side effects and medical enquiries
- Respond to patients via email, live chat, and calls promptly
- Monitor patient trackers and initiate outreach to aid adherence
- Escalate clinical concerns and share patient insights with teams

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment
- Willing to work late mid-shift 14:00-23:00 or 19:00-04:00 Manila time with no fixed weekend off
