Medical Support Associate, Manila (Registered Pharmacist)
Provide telephonic and email clinical triage and ongoing patient support for Juniper treatment. Work within the clinical services team supporting doctors, nurses and pharmacists on patient safety and adherence monitoring.
What you'll do
- Triage and assess patient medical enquiries via email
- Respond promptly with accurate medical information and advice
- Monitor trackers and proactively outreach to support adherence
- Coordinate GP and pharmacy communications
- Conduct 4-month and 8-month patient reviews
