Medical Support Associate, Manila (Registered Nurse)
Provide patient triage, assessment, and email-based clinical support for Juniper patients. Work within the clinical services team supporting treatment adherence and care coordination.
What you'll do
- Triage and assess patient medical enquiries via email
- Respond promptly with accurate medical information and advice
- Monitor trackers and initiate outreach to support adherence
- Coordinate GP and pharmacy communications for patient care
- Conduct 4-month and 8-month patient reviews
