Medical Support Associate, Manila (Med Tech)
Provide email-based clinical support and triage for patients on a weight-management program. Work within the clinical services team supporting doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and patient adherence processes.

- Triage and assess patient medical enquiries via email
- Respond promptly with accurate medical information and escalate when needed
- Monitor trackers and proactively reach out to support adherence
- Coordinate GP and pharmacy communications to support care
- Conduct 4-month and 8-month patient progress reviews
