What you'll do
- Edit high-volume Meta-first performance video content
- Create and iterate short-form ads, UGC, cutdowns, and hooks
- Lead and support the Manila post-production team for quality and speed
- Provide creative feedback and guide performance-focused execution
- Maintain post-production standards for files, versions, and delivery

- 3-5 years editing experience with a performance reel
- Understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and iteration
- Knowledge of paid social content behaviour, especially Meta
