Clinical Insights Analyst
Clinical Insights Analyst responsible for auditing clinical care and improving service quality. Role sits within the clinical/operations team supporting Juniper and broader Eucalyptus services, collaborating with Australian colleagues.
What you'll do
- Perform clinical audits of practitioners and care team members
- Use data insights to assess consultations and documentation
- Present audit findings to the clinical team in Australia
- Communicate with practitioners and patients following protocols
- Support Clinical Operations with patient education materials
What they're looking for
- Licensed doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or dietitian
- At least 1 year post-registration clinical experience
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured workflows
- Strong time management and task prioritisation skills
