Collections Supervisor

Lead a team to improve and manage PayJoy’s collections process for delinquent loans. Work with cross-functional partners to optimise recovery operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Design and run strategies for accounts 1 to 15 days past due
• Manage manual operations and file preparation for collections execution
• Coach agents using QA feedback and conduct performance follow-ups
• Coordinate with external agencies for accounts over 16 days past due
• Produce analytics, run experiments, and report on recovery performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in collections management and team leadership
• Proficiency with collections software and Google or MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of credit reporting procedures and compliance standards
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
