- Provide front-line support and administration for corporate tech and hardware
- Design, implement, automate, and maintain corporate technology and applications
- Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Join incident response for technology and platform support incidents
- Resolve and analyze root causes of escalated IT issues
