Product Implementation Manager

Manage and improve how restaurants are configured and supported on Tarro’s platform. Lead the Product Implementation team responsible for onboarding and ongoing product support for restaurants.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of 40+ implementation specialists and leads
• Design metrics and processes to improve implementation quality and speed
• Hire and performance-manage team members to rebuild the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Ops, and others
• Directly onboard clients and resolve product support cases
