Lead and scale Coins.ph’s OTC trading business covering crypto, FX, and stablecoins. This role sits in the OTC trading team and is responsible for execution, client coverage, pricing, risk, and platform development.

What you'll do

Lead execution of large OTC transactions and bespoke client orders
Manage and grow institutional and high-value OTC client relationships
Own PnL, inventory exposure, hedging, and risk limits
Oversee pricing, liquidity routing, and real-time quote generation
Partner with product and engineering to build OTC trading systems

7-12+ years in OTC, FX, crypto trading, or sales trading
Proven track record executing large and complex OTC transactions
Strong understanding of liquidity, pricing mechanics, spreads, settlement
Experience managing PnL, inventory risk, and hedging strategies
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain institutional client relationships
