What you'll do

Own and drive the KYB onboarding process end-to-end
Manage Partner Support and Onboarding sub-teams and workflows
Maintain and update SOPs and coach associates regularly
Build policies, frameworks, and success metrics for partners
Monitor partner activity and address churn and support issues

Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent
At least 3 years in customer service, account management, or partner operations
Proven experience in KYB onboarding or partner account management
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
