Legal Counsel (Financing, Lending and Securitization)
Legal counsel role focused on financing, lending and securitization for the company's lending products. Position sits within the legal team supporting the online lending platform and other financing activities.
What you'll do
- Provide legal advice on financing, lending, and securitization activities
- Draft, review, and negotiate finance and credit documentation
- Advise on securitization structure, asset transfer, and investor documentation
- Support product, credit, and risk teams on OLP design and disclosures
- Handle regulatory engagements, examinations, and court hearings
What they're looking for
- 4 to 7 years post-qualification experience in relevant practice areas
- Working knowledge of SEC and BSP lending and OLP frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate finance documents independently
- Strong judgment, analytical skills, and clear communication
- Fluency in English with excellent writing skills
