Define and long- and short-term BI strategy and roadmap
Design and optimize BI systems: modeling, integration, visualization
Build and manage the BI team, OKRs, and performance assessments
Provide data analysis, dashboards, and decision support for stakeholders
Coordinate cross-department BI projects and support compliance and risk

8+ years BI experience with 3+ years senior BI management
Proficient with BI tools, data modeling, visualization, and analysis
Experienced with data warehouse, ETL, and data quality management
Proficient in SQL; Python or R familiarity preferred
Strong leadership, cross-department communication, and bilingual Chinese and English
