NOC Engineer, Philippines
Entry-level NOC Engineer role supporting Cato Networks cloud network security platform. The role sits in the Global Support Services / NOC team working EMEA hours from the Philippines.
What you'll do
- Work in a shift-based 24/7/365 team
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system issues
- Own customer incidents until resolution and escalate when needed
- Track customer status and communicate with internal teams
- Nurture customer relationships through ongoing communication

- Motivated to join and grow within NOC / Support team
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, firewalls, proxy servers
- Familiarity with ISP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, HTTP/HTTPS
- Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, WAN/SD-WAN
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
