Safety Trainer

Safety Trainer responsible for delivering rider safety and onboarding programs for drivers in Makati and Quezon City. Works with Operations and Safety teams to maintain training quality, documentation, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training sessions
• Deliver training materials and procedures per company standards
• Assess rider understanding of safety protocols and regulations
• Process driver accreditation and maintain trainee records
• Coordinate with Operations and Safety on rider readiness

• Bachelor's degree (4-year program)
• Minimum of 2 years facilitating riding or driver training
• Valid LTO Professional Driver's License for 2-wheel and 4-wheel
• TESDA Driving NC II certification and 40-hour BOSH training
• Must own a personal motorcycle and be flexible to travel
