Associate HR Analyst - APAC
Operational HR role supporting APAC HR Business Partners and HR processes. Based in the Human Resources team in Manila supporting APAC markets.
What you'll do
- Submit and track hiring requests via Workday and update stakeholders
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation
- Serve as point of contact for complex HR queries across APAC
- Maintain Workday data integrity and perform regular HRIS audits
- Support engagement activities and prepare HR reports and data
What they're looking for
- Degree in HR, Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic environments
- Advanced English, written and spoken
- Advanced Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms; Workday experience a plus
