Safety Trainer (Project-Based)
Conduct rider safety and onboarding training for Angkas in General Santos City. Work with operations and safety teams to ensure driver accreditation and training quality.
What you'll do
- Deliver Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding sessions for new drivers
- Ensure training materials and procedures meet company standards
- Assess trainees on safety protocols, road regulations, and guidelines
- Process driver accreditation and maintain accurate trainee records
- Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams to improve rider readiness
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year program)
- Minimum 2 years facilitating riding or driver training
- Valid LTO Professional Driver’s License for 2 and 4 wheels
- TESDA Driving NC II and 40-hour BOSH completion
- Must own a personal motorcycle and able to travel
