Collection Analyst (Late Stage)

Collection Analyst for late-stage delinquent accounts within the Product Operations team. Responsible for desk collection outreach, coordinating with internal teams, and driving recoveries.

What you'll do

• Manage M2+ delinquent accounts to reduce bad debt
• Make regular client calls and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor Promises to Pay
• Keep account documentation current and coordinate with teams
• Meet collection, recovery, and productivity targets
