Data Coach

The Data Coach designs, builds, and supports enterprise dashboards and analytics. The role sits within the Decision Science team, advising teams and standardizing metric use across the company.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, implement, and support mission critical enterprise dashboards
• Conduct high quality analyses to generate business insights
• Define goals and identify metrics with partner teams to improve processes
• Build dashboards and reports to increase metric awareness and understanding
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to develop core data sets in warehouse and BI tool

• Proven experience as data or business analyst in a startup environment
• Technical expertise in data models, database design, and data mining
• Experience with reporting tools and databases such as Sisense, Tableau, SQL
• Knowledge of statistics and statistical packages, Python preferred
• Project management experience, preferably as a scrum master
